Job summary

Quality Power Solutions in Wisconsin is seeking a Field Service Technician to repair, maintain, and start up UPS systems for diverse brands. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot electronics, and provide service with a focus on customer satisfaction.

This role requires travel (with some overnight work), strong communication, and a hands-on approach to problem solving. Training and support are provided as part of a growth-orientated team.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform Major and Minor PMs on UPS equipment.
• Submit Field Service Reports accurately for all service activity.
• Repair and replace components per specifications.
• Interpret manuals, schematics and wiring diagrams; use test instruments and hand tools.
