Job summary

ZAVTEK Inc. is seeking a UPS Field Service Engineer in Seattle, WA to maintain and repair critical power equipment across customer sites. The role requires frequent travel, occasional overnight stays, weekend/on-call availability, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure uptime.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in power systems, battery tech, or related electronics.
• Electrical certificate preferred but not required.
• Must read schematics and troubleshoot equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair critical power equipment 24/7 in the assigned region.
• Perform on-site tests, commissioning reviews, and test procedures.
• Train customers and on-site service technicians as needed.
• Lead and support field technicians; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
