Qualifications

• Experience and certifications: ASEET/AMEET preferred; High School Diploma required; 2–4 years military experience in a related technical field; 0–2 years relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform service tasks as assigned and per company policies.
• Capable of working under direct supervision or independently after training.
• Render on-site and phone assistance to customers.
• Communicate with Technical Support on issues.
• Implement Field Change Notices per guidelines.
• Stay current on Safety Bulletins and Field Change Notices.
