Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is seeking an Assembler I on 1st Shift at the Capital Blvd site in Raleigh, NC. The role involves building sub-assemblies and wiring for battery cabinets in UPS systems, following SOPs and ensuring quality.

Core hours are 6:00am–2:30pm with a pay rate of $18.50 per hour. Responsibilities include visual inspections, use of fixtures and tools, calibration checks, and adherence to safety rules.

Qualifications

• One (1) year experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Relocation assistance is not available; only candidates within 50 mile radius will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to build sub-assemblies and assemblies.
• Perform visual inspections of material before and after assembly.
• Use fixtures, gauges, hand tools and power tools to assemble or repair product.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure Raleigh Plant Quality standards.
