Job summary

Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to coach advisors and grow their businesses through client acquisition, net flows and effective practice management. You will partner with field leaders to drive results across the geography via cohorts, labs, and blended training approaches.

The role supports the AAG Northern States region, with travel and remote work options. Candidates should have 3–5 years in financial services, a Bachelor's degree, and active licenses/registrations or

Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant experience in financial services.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Active Series 7 license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
Active registrations: S63/S66 and S65/S66 or ability to obtain within 90 days.
Strong written and verbal communication; able to interact with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

Provide proactive support to advisors in a territory or region focused on growth topics (client acquisition, net flows, practice management).
Build cohorts of advisors and drive discussion and execution using the Four Disciplines of Execution.
Engage advisors in growth coaching via business planning, town halls and one-on-one sessions.
Develop technical learning labs on growth topics and how to use firm technology to drive growth.
Travel with Field Leaders to territory and national functions and present to groups of advisors.
