Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. in Naples, FL seeks a Product Marketing Manager for the Upper Extremity portfolio. This role leads downstream marketing, development of plans, and execution across messaging, materials, and campaigns, with frequent collaboration with product management and sales teams.

You will craft launch plans, participate in strategy reviews, and work with surgeons and reps to test and refine campaigns. Travel up to 25% is required; on-site in Naples, not remote.

Qualifications

• Five or more years' experience in medical device development and/or product management and/or engineering and/or sales and/or marketing and/or clinical experience.
• Orthopedic experience preferred.
• Understanding of all functions involved in development, production, and marketing of product is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage promotional planning and execution for products and brands.
• Set priorities for promotional focus and allocate resources to growth product families.
• Create marketing plans including targeting, value proposition, messaging, analysis, and trade show strategy.
• Develop promotional launch plans with messaging, media, and sales tools for new products.
• Present annual marketing plans to leadership and PM teams.
• Collaborate with MarComm to align assets and campaigns for arthroplasty products.
• Provide creative direction for campaigns and review messaging with product managers.
• Coordinate with HCP consultants to review materials and educate on products.
• Test messaging with surgeons and reps and incorporate feedback.
• Travel for training, meetings, and trade shows up to 25%.
