Arthrex, Inc. in Naples, FL is seeking a Product Manager for the Shoulder Sports Medicine line. You will build relationships with surgeons, marketing, engineering and sales to drive new product innovation and manage existing lines.

Onsite role at our Naples headquarters, with up to 25% travel. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of medical device experience in product management, marketing, or engineering, and strong public speaking and cross-functional coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of surgical orthopedics and arthroscopy.
• 5+ years in medical device sales, marketing, product management, engineering or clinical roles.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple functions to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Develops new products with Marketing, Engineering and Sales Management.
• Participates in overall product strategy and development for new products.
• Coordinates product development, estimates profits, and releases to production.
• Collaborates with sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing and operations to define products.
• Provides technical training and maintains customer-driven product requirements.
