Responsibilities

• Manages global and regional programs/projects for marketing efforts including product launches, campaigns, new initiatives and key events.
• Collaborates with cross-functional senior management and stakeholders to support marketing strategies and obtain approvals.
• Determines project approach, roles, schedule by reviewing objectives, scope and resources; delegates tasks and prioritizes.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring progress, coordinating activities and prioritizing decisions and risks.
• Oversees marketing asset requests, liaising between requester, creatives and teams to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Supports development of standard project management processes and executive reporting of status, risks and issues.
• Conducts post-mortems to drive continuous improvement and communicates business cases.
