Job summary

Arthrex is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead downstream marketing for the Upper Extremity portfolio at our Naples, FL headquarters. The role is not remote and requires collaboration with Sr Managers and Product Directors to develop promotional plans, messaging, and campaigns.

You will create launch plans for new products, present annually to leadership, and work with MarComm and Sales to deliver effective tools and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in business, engineering or clinical.
• Five or more years’ experience in medical device development and/or product management and/or engineering and/or sales and/or marketing and/or clinical experience.
• Orthopedic experience preferred.
• Understanding of all functions involved in development, production, and marketing of product is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage promotional planning for Arthrex products and brands.
• Set priorities for promotional focus with product management to allocate resources.
• Create marketing plans including messaging, market analysis, and digital/web strategy.
• Develop promotional launch plans with messaging, materials, ads, and trade show strategy.
• Present annual marketing plans to leadership and PM teams.
• Collaborate with MarComm to align campaigns and timelines.
• Support sales with tools and resources for product lines.
• Provide creative direction on campaigns and review messaging with PMs.
• Collaborate with HCP consultants to develop promotional ideas and materials.
• Conduct research with surgeons and reps to test messaging and materials.
• Travel for training, meetings, and trade shows up to 25%.
