Qualifications

• 2+ years of patient services or access and reimbursement experience with a doctorate.

Responsibilities

• Secure HIPAA for patients in the assigned geography.
• Build relationships with patients and caregivers.
• Educate patients on UPLIZNA coverage and prior authorization.
• Investigate access challenges pre and post-infusion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and adhere to compliance guidelines.
