The ideal candidate is an admitted SA attorney with 7+ years of property law experience, strong negotiation and drafting skills, and a track record of delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

Admitted attorney with 7+ years in property law.
Proven expertise in conveyancing, development, and leasing.
Thorough understanding of SA property legislation and procedures.
Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
Strong client relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of commercial and residential property transactions.
Handle registration of bonds and cancellations.
Draft and review sale, lease, and development agreements.
Advise on property development, zoning, and land use planning.
Manage property litigation and due diligence on titles.
Liaise with estate agents, developers, and financial institutions.
Ensure compliance with property laws and maintain client records.
