About the Role

Our client, a dynamic law firm with a strong presence in the Northern Cape , is seeking a proficient Property Law Specialist to manage its growing property law division based in Upington . This role involves handling all aspects of property transactions, including conveyancing, property development, leasing, and property-related dispute resolution. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in property law, excellent negotiation skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. This is a key position for a property law expert looking to lead and expand a practice area within a well-respected firm in Upington .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute all aspects of commercial and residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and transfers.
• Handle the registration of bonds and cancellations.
• Draft and review various property-related agreements, such as sale agreements, lease agreements, and development agreements.
• Advise clients on property development projects, zoning laws, and land use planning.
• Manage property litigation, including disputes over ownership, boundaries, and contractual obligations.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on property titles and related documentation.
• Liaise with estate agents, developers, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.

Requirements
