Job summary

Krueger International (KI) is hiring a full-time Upholstered Cushion Technician for our Green Bay manufacturing facility on the 2nd shift (2pm-10pm, Mon-Fri) with a starting rate of $20/hour plus a $2.00/hour shift premium.

2nd shift employees receive $2.00 per hour extra, with a $1.00/hour raise within the first year. Overtime is available during busy seasons. Learn more at ki.com.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred.
• Mechanically inclined with manufacturing experience.
• Team player with ability to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand shop orders.
• Visually identify upholstery by order.
• Visually identify profiles by product line.
• Adhesive application.
• Provide first quality product in a timely manner to the internal customer.
• C‑gex sewing.
• Look up inventory on computer.

Job Description

KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award‑winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full‑time Upholstered Cushion Technician to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 2nd shift. 2nd shift individuals receive an hourly shift differential of $2.00 per hour. A $1.00/hour raise is also given within the first year of employment.

Job Duties

• Read and understand shop orders
• Visually identify upholstery by order
• Visually identify profiles by product line

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred

Physical Requirements

• Working in areas where it can get warm
• Working in a smoke free environment
• Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending

Shift

• This is a 2nd shift position
• Hours are 2pm-10pm Monday‑Friday
• Starting rate of pay is $20/hour plus a shift premium of $2.00/hour
