Job summary

Young Automotive Group in Kaysville is seeking an experienced Upfitting Technician to join our team. You will install and upfit truck bodies, hydraulic systems, and fabricated components to meet customer specifications.

We offer night, weekend, and day shifts with a safety-focused shop environment. A CDL is a plus but not required; own tools and reliable transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hydraulic systems, welding and metal fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
• CDL or ability to obtain is a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Install and upfit truck bodies, equipment, and hydraulic systems.
• Fabricate and weld custom components and brackets.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Work with service managers and technicians to ensure builds meet customer specifications.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
