Job summary

Young Truck & Trailer Center - Kaysville is seeking a Cummins Certified Technician to join our service team in Kaysville, Utah. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain Cummins diesel engines and heavy‑duty trucks with a knowledgeable team in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Cummins diesel engines and heavy-duty trucks.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify and repair vehicle issues.
• Repair and maintain engine, electrical, brake, and other vehicle systems.
• Complete repairs safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Work with the service team to provide quality repairs and service.

We are actively hiring a Cummins Certified Technician at our Young Truck and Trailer location in Kaysville, Utah! If you’re an experienced diesel technician with Cummins training or certification, this is a great opportunity to join a high-performing, well-equipped service team!

In this role, you’ll work in a fast-paced shop environment diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Cummins diesel engines and heavy-duty trucks. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a knowledgeable team while continuing to grow your skills and advance your career.

• Knowledge of Cummins diesel engines and vehicle systems
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team and fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
