• Deliver S&OE commitments in 1–3 months with cross‑functional alignment.
• Provide inputs for IBP decisions in the 3–12 month horizon.
• Drive continuous improvement and share best practices across the Upfit network.
• Engage frontline teams to identify opportunities and drive solutions.
