Qualifications

• College degree required.
• Experience leading a complex technical site and systems is preferred.
• Budgeting experience: manage annual spend within budget and large site budgets.
• Ability to evaluate and manage multiple contractors and projects.
• Strong problem solving and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct daily facilities team activities to support business continuity and operational excellence.
• Drive annual operating and capital plans, manage budgets, control expenditures, and mitigate facility risks.
• Develop and implement utility expense management strategies to reduce costs.
• Oversee contractors, trades, and service providers to ensure quality and compliance.
• Identify and implement building improvements for reliability, sustainability, and efficiency.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations; ensure timely, safe completion within budget.
• Recruit, coach, and empower a high-performing facilities team.
• Foster accountable leadership and cross-functional collaboration across site activities.
