Transporting Logistics in Bakersfield, CA is seeking OTR team drivers for high-paying runs across the lower 48 with preplanned weekly schedules and no-touch freight. Teams must reside within 100 miles, run one week, then reset at home for 34 hours.

You can earn an average of $2,200 weekly per driver (≈$115k annual) with CPMs from $0.82–$0.90 based on experience and a $10,000 split sign-on bonus (split between drivers). Freightliner tractors with 100% drop-and-hook freight are provided.

Trade your current miles for high-paying OTR routes covering the lower 48 with consistent, preplanned weekly schedules and zero touch freight. My team is actively staffing these runs. Teammates must reside within 100 miles of one another, running out for one week followed by a proper 34-hour reset at home.

What You Will Earn & Drive:

• The Earnings: Pocket an average of $2,200 weekly per driver ($115k+ annual potential) with split CPMs scaling from $0.82 up to $0.90 based on experience.
• The Sign-On Bonus: Collect a $10,000 split bonus ($5,000 per driver) with quick milestone payouts starting immediately after your first load ($1,000 right away, $1,000 at 30 days, and monthly payouts for 3 months).
• The Freight & Equipment: 100% drop-and-hook freight pulled behind clean, late-model Freightliner tractors.

Core Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience Standard: Must have at least 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 36 months (36 mos).
• Screening & Soft Skills: Pass required DOT physicals and drug screens while bringing strong communication and customer service patience to the table.
