Compensation & Bonus

60k–90k/yr | 1099 contract or W2 | $1,500 Longevity Bonus

Pay 45,000 –110,000 per year. Bonus $1,500 tiered longevity bonus (90d / 6mo / 1yr)

Responsibilities

Role: OTR Team Driver. Freight Dry van & Reefer – 75% drop & hook, No-touch home time, Flexible after 21 days. Equipment: Newer trucks, same-day swap if breakdown. Dispatch 24/7 with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• At least two years verifiable CDL-A experience
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and insurance clearance
• Willing to run OTR for 21 days at a time

Bonus Structure

• $300 at 90 days
• $500 at 6 months
• $700 at 1 year
