Transporting Logistics in Bakersfield, CA is seeking OTR team drivers for high-paying runs across the lower 48 with preplanned weekly schedules and no-touch freight. Teams must reside within 100 miles, run one week, then reset at home for 34 hours.

You can earn an average of $2,200 weekly per driver (≈$115k annual) with CPMs from $0.82–$0.90 based on experience and a $10,000 split sign-on bonus (split between drivers). Freightliner tractors with 100% drop-and-hook freight are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 36 months.
• Pass DOT physicals and drug screens; bring strong communication and customer service patience.
