Job summary

Velocity TruckingPros LLC in Joliet, IL, is seeking CDL-A team drivers for OTR runs. This dedicated team position offers consistent miles and a sizable weekly gross, averaging about $2,200 per driver with top earners over $115,000 annually.

You’ll share a teammate and run 5,000 miles per week; out 2 weeks, home 2 days. A $5,000 team sign-on bonus is paid over 90 days, plus medical/dental/vision, 401(k) and paid vacation, supported by an experienced operations team.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 3 months of CDL-A experience within the last 3 years.
• Team partner must live within 100 miles of you.
• Both drivers must live within 100 miles of Phoenix, Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta, or Oklahoma City.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Clean MVR & background.
• Not SAP Friendly.

Job Highlights

• $5,000 team sign-on bonus ($2,500 per driver)
• Average $2,200 per driver per week when running 5,000 miles
• Experience-based pay from $0.82–$0.90 team CPM ($0.41–$0.45 per driver)
• Out 2 weeks, home 2 days
• Freight running across the lower 48 states (Northeast is rare)
• Live load and live unload freight
• Late‑model Freightliner equipment
