Job summary

Transporting Logistics is looking for CDL-A Team Truck Drivers to join a high-earning team. Expect a $115,000+ annual potential and a $10k split bonus, with weekly guarantees and strong weekly averages.

You’ll drive drop-and-hook freight across the continental U.S., under a 34-hour restart and home-on-schedule program. This role requires at least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience, DOT screening, and residence within 100 miles of your partner.

CDL-A Team Truck Drivers | $115,000+ Annual Potential & $10k Split Bonus

• 1. Earnings & Sign-On Bonus

  • Guaranteed $1,700 per week true-up per driver , with averages hitting $2,200 per driver weekly when running 5,000 miles.
  • Pocket a massive $10,000 split sign-On bonus ($5,000 per driver) with fast payouts starting right after your first load.
  • Experience-based team split CPM ranging from $0.41 to $0.45 per driver ($0.82 to $0.90 team split).

• 2. Route & Freight Details * Haul 100% drop-and-hook freight utilizing company trailers on customer-planned, preassigned weekly lanes. * Run all 48 states with no NYC or boroughs. * Consistent team miles averaging 5,000 miles per week.

• 3. Schedule & Home Time * Stay balanced: out 1 week, then home for your 34-hour reset weekly as scheduled. * Requires availability to run 5.5 days, meet strict on-time delivery expectations, and maintain zero service failures.

• 4. Equipment, Requirements & Screening * Drive late-model Freightliner equipment with tenured operational support. * Must live within 100 miles of your team partner. * Requires a minimum of 3 months of tractor-trailer experience. * DOT screening required , including both hair follicle and urine testing.
