Esler Companies in the United States seeks a Sales Consultant to conduct in-home consultations, demonstrate products, and tailor recommendations for homeowners. You’ll guide customers from initial contact through installation, with a focus on building lasting relationships and delivering personalized solutions.

We provide paid training, a ramp-up period, pre-qualified leads, ongoing coaching, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Passionate about exceeding customer expectations.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working toward performance goals.
• A confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Tech savvy and comfortable using modern tools to support your workflow.
• Adaptable, coachable, and energized by working in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Flexibility to meet customers during evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Help homeowners identify the best window and door solutions for their needs.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial consultation through installation.
• Partner with Installation Managers to ensure accurate project measurements using video technology.
• Generate referrals and build long-term customer relationships.
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience during every interaction.
