Job summary

The University System of New Hampshire seeks a skilled Training and Development leader to design and drive system-wide programs across UNH, PSU, KSC and the system office. You will lead strategy, collaborate with HR and campus leaders, and optimize the LMS to deliver across faculty, staff, and leadership groups.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in adult learning, LMS utilization, and building talent pipelines while ensuring compliance and measurable impact across multiple campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Higher Education Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of progressive training and development experience in higher education or a complex org, with at least 3 years in leadership, including LMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with each institution's goals within the university system.
• Partner with HR leaders, executives, and department heads to identify development needs and priorities.
• Oversee design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs for faculty, staff, and leadership.
• Manage and optimize the LMS to deliver and track training across the system.
• Establish KPIs to assess program effectiveness and continuously improve content and delivery.
• Ensure training complies with regulatory requirements and university policies.
• Collaborate with institutional leaders on leadership development and succession planning.
• Work with Recruiting to build a talent pipeline and internal growth opportunities.
• Promote a culture of learning to boost engagement and retention.
• Engage with HR teams across campuses to foster development across all offices.
