The University of New Hampshire is seeking a Remote NCSS Training Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and implement training initiatives across in-person and online offerings. You will manage the full training life cycle and work with diverse partners to ensure high-quality programs aligned with NCSS standards.

The role emphasizes learner-centered design, utilization of Canvas/Zoom/Teams, and collaboration with marketing and program leadership to support training priorities and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in an appropriate academic discipline and three (3) years of related experience, or Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate academic discipline and five (5) years of related professional experience.
• Experience coordinating complex projects and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience designing and implementing program evaluation tools and interpreting evaluation data.

Responsabilités

• Lead operational coordination for NCSS training projects from planning through post-event follow-up.
• Develop and maintain systems supporting consistency, accountability, and cross-project alignment.
• Serve as primary contact for presenters, facilitators, and subject matter experts.
