The University of New Hampshire, located in Durham, NH, seeks a strategic HR leader to drive training and development across UNH, PSU, KSC, and the system office. You will design programs, manage the LMS, and partner with HR leaders to build leadership pipelines and measure impact across campuses.

This role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven improvement, and regulatory compliance to enhance staff skills and engagement while supporting growth across the university system.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Higher Education Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of five years of progressive training and development experience in higher education or complex organizational settings, with at least 3 years in leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead a comprehensive training and development strategy across UNH, PSU, KSC, and the system office.
• Partner with HR leaders and department heads to identify development needs and align programs with objectives.
• Oversee design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs for faculty, staff, and leadership.
• Manage the LMS to deliver and track training across campuses and improve learning outcomes.
• Establish KPIs and analyze data to continuously improve program content and impact.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and university policies, staying current on best practices.
• Collaborate with institutional leaders to identify and develop leadership talent and succession planning.
• Work with Recruiting to build a talent pipeline and support internal growth opportunities.
• Promote employee engagement and a culture of learning across all campuses.
