Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in an appropriate academic discipline and three (3) years of related experience, or Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of related professional experience.
• Experience coordinating complex projects and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational coordination for NCSS training projects from planning through post-event follow-up.
• Develop and maintain operational systems and coordination structures for consistency and continuous improvement across the training portfolio.
• Serve as primary contact for presenters, facilitators, and subject matter experts contributing to training projects.
