Qualifications

• Master’s degree in an appropriate academic discipline with 3 years of related experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience.
• Experience coordinating complex projects and managing multiple priorities.
• Experience designing and implementing program evaluation tools and interpreting evaluation data.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, including collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational coordination for NCSS training projects from planning to post-event follow-up.
• Develop and maintain systems and processes that support consistency and cross-project alignment.
• Serve as primary contact for presenters, facilitators, and subject matter experts.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop outreach plans and ensure up-to-date training information.
