Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Higher Education Administration or related field.
• Five years of progressive training and development experience in higher education or a complex organizational setting.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity; LMS experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive training and development strategy for the university system.
• Collaborate with HR leaders and department heads to identify development needs and priorities.
• Oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs for faculty, staff, and leadership.
• Manage and optimize the LMS to meet the needs of UNH, PSU, KSC and the system office.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and university policies; stay current with best practices in higher education.
• Collaborate with institutional leaders to identify leadership talent and support succession planning.
• Partner with Recruiting to build a talent pipeline and capitalize on internal growth opportunities.
• Promote employee engagement and a culture of continuous learning across campuses.
• Engage with HR teams to foster development across all campuses and offices.
