You will be the primary brand ambassador with top engineering institutions, shaping internships and co-op pipelines while delivering a high-touch candidate experience. You will manage campus events, collaborate with engineering leaders to align technical requirements, and drive conversion of interns to full-time hires.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate recruiting experience, university relations preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor, hardware, aerospace, or deep-tech manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Communications, or related field.
• Strong relationship building and public speaking skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% during peak campus recruiting seasons.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage campus partnerships with universities and student organizations.
• Source, screen, and interview undergrads, masters, and PhD candidates for internships and roles.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to define technical requirements.
• Plan and host campus events and hackathons.
• Manage internship program and conversion pipeline.
• Track recruitment metrics and ATS data.
