Job summary

Tower Semiconductor Ltd. in San Antonio, TX seeks an entry-level Manufacturing Operator to support material flow, operate cleanroom carts, and ensure product quality on day shifts (Thu–Sat plus every other Wed).

You will input data into tracking systems, follow safety and chemical-handling protocols, and may train teammates as a peer trainer. This role offers rapid growth, health benefits from Day 1, and a 3–4 day workweek with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must be able to read, write & speak English.

Responsibilities

• Move product lots from one process area to another.
• Operate cleanroom carts and other processing equipment.
• Ensure quality of products and processes.
• Input data into computerized tracking systems.
• Adhere to company, safety, clean room, and chemical handling protocols.
• Assist in other operational tasks as needed.
• Training others as a peer trainer.
