Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience.
• Preferred background in semiconductor, hardware, aerospace, or deep-tech sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own campus strategy and relationships with universities and engineering departments.
• Lead full-cycle technical recruitment for internships, co-ops, and new grads.
• Manage internship program, including enrichment activities and conversion to full-time hires.
• Partner with marketing and engineering leadership to build the employer brand and measure recruitment metrics.
