Job summary

Boardwalk Pipelines, LP in Houston, TX is seeking a Program Manager, University Relations & Early Career Programs to own the early career talent lifecycle, from university engagement through internships and conversion to full-time roles.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs and business leaders to design university partnerships, campus recruiting plans, internship programming, and rotational opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in university relations, campus recruiting, or related program management.
• Experience managing internship, university relations, or early career programs end to end.
• Ability to influence business leaders, hiring managers, and campus partners.
• Strong planning, execution, and continuous improvement across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with students and leaders.
• Data fluency to analyze recruiting metrics and translate findings.
• Willingness to travel during peak campus recruiting periods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise university relations and early career talent strategy.
• Establish and manage relationships with universities, career centers, faculty, and student organizations.
• Lead sourcing, interviewing, and offer coordination for designated early career roles.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience across the recruiting lifecycle.
• Own design and execution of the enterprise internship program.
• Coordinate internship onboarding, development activities, and end-of-program presentations.
• Manage annual early career calendar, budget, and vendor relationships.
• Provide reporting and insights to HR and leaders on program effectiveness.
