Honeywell Technologies seeks a Director of University Relations & Early Career Programs to shape the future talent pipeline. You will lead university partnerships and enterprise-wide early career strategies, influencing senior leadership and driving internship, co-op, and rotational programs.

You will report to the Vice President, Talent Acquisition and operate on a hybrid schedule from Charlotte, NC, with travel to engage with universities and stakeholders.

Formación

• Extensive experience leading university relations or campus recruiting.
• Experience building partnerships with universities and external talent orgs.
• Experience leading global teams, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication and influencing skills.
• Expertise in recruiting metrics and program measurement.
• 8+ years in university relations or related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the enterprise strategy for university relations and early career talent acquisition.
• Build and sustain strategic partnerships with universities, research institutions, and industry groups.
• Design and govern internships, co-ops, apprenticeships, and rotational programs.
• Partner with leaders to translate talent plans into university strategies.
• Elevate the employer brand among students and graduates through engagement and candidate experience.
• Establish governance, metrics, and reporting to measure outcomes and ROI.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for campus recruitment.
• Advise senior leaders on talent markets and future workforce opportunities.
