Job summary

Boardwalk Pipelines, LP in Houston, TX is seeking a Program Manager for University Relations & Early Career Programs to own the lifecycle from university engagement through internships and conversion to full-time roles.

You will lead campus recruiting, internship programs, rotational opportunities, and mentor interns while partnering with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs and business leaders to build sustainable pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in university relations, campus recruiting, early career programs, talent acquisition, or related program management.
• Demonstrated experience managing internship, university relations, or early career programs end to end.
• Strong ability to build credibility and influence with business leaders, hiring managers and students.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise university relations and early career talent strategy.
• Establish and manage relationships with universities, career centers, faculty and student organizations.
• Lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offer coordination for early career roles.
• Own design, planning and execution of the enterprise internship program.
