Job summary

DoorDash seeks a Senior University Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for technical interns and new grads across the US, partnering with universities and organizations to build diverse talent pipelines. You will advise on interview processes, coach hiring managers, and help scale our early careers program.

You will work within the Engineering Recruiting team in San Francisco, driving consistency, speed, and a high-quality candidate experience while embedding DE&I at every stage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruitment within tech environments or agencies.
• Experience with university/early career recruiting preferred.
• End-to-end hiring across multiple roles and locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical interns and new grads across the US.
• Build diverse talent pipelines and partnerships with universities.
• Shape interview processes and provide guidance to interviewers and managers.
• Embed DE&I principles across sourcing, assessment, and interview panels.
• Track hiring metrics and share insights with leadership.
