• Perform full recruitment cycle: review, screen, interview, and offer.
• Facilitate the Predictive Index Survey for additional candidate insights.
• Act as strategic talent advisor and partner with business leaders.
• Provide talent insights using market knowledge and a strong network.
• Manage campus engagement and Vault Internship program.
• Build partnerships with educational institutions and lead campus events.
• Influence hiring managers to make successful hires.
• Use data to evaluate the talent pipeline and decision-making.
• Ensure a fair hiring process and a strong candidate experience.
• Develop innovative recruiting strategies and branding with marketing.
• Lead proactive sourcing to attract passive talent.
• Navigate offers and negotiations with candidates.
