Anticipated Hiring Range: Commensurate with experience ($48,438 - $52,438)
Position Classification Salary Range: $35,589 - $64,499

Full Time Equivalent: 1.00 (40 hours/week)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm; some nights and weekends

This position will serve as the overall office manager for CALS College Advancement (CA). This job is multi-faceted with the primary role of making it possible for other employees to function effectively and efficiently by handling many of the day to day operations of CA.
This position is responsible for the organization and co-ordination of office operations, serving as supervisor to our student workers and as building liaison. Responsibilities include other administrative duties such as calendar coordination, supply ordering and maintenance, and human resource facilitation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
