The University of Texas Medical Branch invites applications for a role that manages all UTMB catered events across four campuses. You will supervise personnel, coordinate with event hosts and temporary staff, and oversee planning, setup, service, and cleanup to ensure seamless execution.

Strong leadership, organisation, and communication are essential. Preferred experience includes working in healthcare or academic settings and CaterTrax knowledge; compensation ranges from $17 to $19 per hour

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related food service experience.
• Valid Texas driver’s license.
• Safe Driving training.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, oversee, and execute official UTMB catered events. Supervise personnel and temporary staff for each event.
• Coordinate with kitchen for timely pick-up and delivery to multiple locations.
• Coordinate, order, and deliver floor stocks and supplies for all UTMB campus facilities and events.
• Ensure items are delivered as requested using problem-solving with kitchen and staff.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and food display per policy and HACCP standards.
• Oversee setup, service, and cleanup across events at multiple campuses.
