Qualifications

• 1 year of catering or food service experience.
• Must read/write English proficiently.
• ANSI Accredited Texas Food Handler or ANSI Accredited Food Manager certification required.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and breaks down physician lounges, catered events and other occasions.
• Prepares salads, fruits, deli platters, trays and sandwiches per recipes.
• Ensures food safety, sanitation, and proper temperatures of all items.
• Plans and coordinates salad and sandwich prep for department needs.
• Communicates clearly with coworkers and supervisors to ensure timely delivery.
