Chartwells Higher Education, a member of Compass Group USA, seeks a Resident District Manager to lead a large collegiate dining program at Northeastern University in Boston. You will direct a diverse team, manage operations, and drive strategic plans to meet financial and service goals while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum of three years of management experience.
• Proven track record in foodservice or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership, communications, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and inspires a diverse team at a large account to provide top-notch service.
• Drives profitability, safety, and employee engagement through account leadership.
• Builds client relationships and aims to retain the account and pursue cross-sell opportunities.
• Oversees budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the account.
• Ensures compliance with policies, audits, and regulatory guidelines.
• Represent and promote the Chartwells brand within the district and community.
