Responsibilities

• Provide technical financial support for an assigned organization unit.
• Review requests and determine appropriateness with regard to institutional requirements, proper authorization, and conformance with established regulations.
• Assist with the maintenance and reconciliation of budgets and accounts, review requisitions, and order equipment and supplies.
• Collect financial information and provide reports and analyses as needed.
• Assist in day to day needs of the University Purchasing Program (P-Card).
