Responsibilities

• Review requests for appropriateness with regard to institutional requirements, proper authorization, and regulations.
• Assist with maintenance and reconciliation of budgets and accounts, review requisitions, and order equipment and supplies.
• Collect financial information and provide reports and analyses as needed.
• Support UAB Accounts Payable and campus needs to keep operations flowing smoothly.
