The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field with 1–3 years of experience; knowledge of QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, Excel, and Ellucian Colleague is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of related experience (higher education experience preferred).
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, and Excel; Ellucian Colleague preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements.
• Perform general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closings.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant laws and regulations.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and company information.
