Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of progressively responsible accounting experience preferred.
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
• Experience in higher education or nonprofit accounting preferred.
• Experience with Colleague ERP is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting functions supporting financial operations, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and regulatory filings.
• Maintain internal controls and accurate documentation per policies.
• Collaborate with campus colleagues to resolve accounting issues and improve processes.
• Provide responsive customer service to faculty, staff, students and external partners.
