This role allows for progressive development from teller to account opening and lending responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in banking, financial services, customer service, or similar experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate members.
• Proficiency in computer and administrative systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and assess member needs.
• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and inquiries.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain transaction accuracy.
• Support branch opening/closing procedures.
