Job summary

Freedom First Credit Union in Roanoke’s downtown location is seeking a Full-Time Universalist who starts with teller transactions and member service responsibilities and advances through training into lending and other financial services.

You will provide exceptional service, process transactions accurately, and build trusted relationships by identifying member needs and educating them on products that support their financial goals.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in banking, financial services, or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret financial documents.

Responsibilities
