Job summary

GROB Group is seeking a proactive project manager to lead initiatives from technical and commercial angles. You will own quotes, update schedules, and serve as the primary customer contact to ensure on‑time delivery.

You will drive deadlines across lifecycle stages, participate in team meetings, delegate tasks, and enforce quality standards. Expect travel and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Accounting/Finance/Economics or similar).
• Understanding of 2-D drawings and 3-D models.
• Knowledge of mechanical design and tolerancing.
• Willingness to learn new software like Autocad, 3D design, SAP, and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead project from technical, commercial, and scheduling perspectives.
• Provide deadlines and update the customer on schedules and budgets.
• Delegate tasks to team members to optimize project flow.
• Perform quality control to meet standards throughout development.
• Coordinate scope, quotes, and customer inquiries; prepare supplementary quotes.
• Conduct program reviews with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project costs with a cost book and budget tracking.
• Facilitate decisions and communicate changes to all parties.

Job description

The job function will be to manage projects from a technical, commercial, and timing point of view. We expect this individual to have a solid background of our product, to develop quotes on its own and to update program schedules and be the lead point of contact to the customer.

• Provide the team with deadlines for different stages throughout the project’s lifecycle
• Participate in meetings with the project team to answer questions and announce schedule or budget changes
• Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
• Making effective changes when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
• Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
• Technical evaluation of the scope of supply at order placement
• Elaboration of customer Time Schedules
• Analysis of customer inquiries during the program & submittal of supplementary quotes
• Analysis of quotation requests (RFQ) and scopes of work (SOW) including creation of new customer quotes
• Coordination of the project involvement of the key persons and stakeholders internally and externally
• Program review meetings with the customer
• Internal Job order release in case of order through customer
• Cost Management of the project with a project cost book
• Support runoff tasks with customer coordination and checklists

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in or related to one of the fields below:
• Accounting / Finance / Economics
• Statistics / Data Analytics / Business Analytics / Information Systems / IT / CS
• Ability to comprehend 2-D drawings / 3D Models
• Knowledge of mechanical design, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing

• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Willing to travel domestic and international as needed
