Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service and cash handling experience.
• Experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Create a quality service experience by ensuring timely resolution to customer needs.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently within policy guidelines.
• Open accounts and perform related banking duties including balance of cash drawer daily.
• Promote bank products and cross-sell where appropriate.
