• Create a quality service experience by ensuring timely resolution to customer needs and overall customer satisfaction.
• Abides by bank service standards, including greeting customers and making them feel welcome to First Mid Bank & Trust.
• Proficiently service customers by accepting and processing transactions with accuracy and efficiency within policy guidelines.
• Maintains cash drawer by performing daily balancing procedures and assists with daily branch duties.
